Job Description

As a Software PM, you will:• Work with the customer to define project scope and objectives.• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.• Manage the project following Agile Scrum process.• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget to customer’s satisfaction.• Report and escalate to management as needed.• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.• Manage team members' work progress and performance. Assign tasks to empower and encourage the team member to develop personal skills, and abilities.• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.• Proactive in suggesting initiatives to improve the working process and the team's performance• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
