With opportunities for professional development and a long term career within a reputable employer, this is the perfect position for a Project Management professional to thrive in!Responsibilities include but not limited to:Business case workProject Planning / Feasibility studiesDesign coordinationClient/stakeholder management and consultationProgrammingRisk Management & Value EngineeringProcurement of construction services and consultantsDelivery of construction servicesCost control, cost reporting and superintendentCommissioning and post contract duties for handoverQualifications and requirements:Min 5+ years of end to end project management experience on medium or large building project portfolios either builder, consulting, client side, engineering or architecture background.Tertiary Qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or Engineering and a proven track record delivering projects in public and/or private sector project works ideally.Previous experience from design coordination or management, contract administration and project or programme management/delivery is essential.The right candidate will also have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to think laterally, critically and strategically.Someone who is able to see the bigger picture with excellent verbal and written communication skills.If this position interests you, please click "apply" today.
