These roles involve team coordination, quality oversight, and client communication to ensure smooth delivery of multilingual outputs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate speaker/translator teams in Japanese - English stream.Schedule and oversee daily sessions and task execution.Perform quality checks and ensure deadlines/guidelines are met.Manage project delivery end-to-end for assigned language.Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders (PM level).Track progress, resolve escalations, and provide structured reporting.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Experience managing small teams (Project Lead) or proven project management experience (Project Manager).Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently.Availability: Full-time for 4 to 6 weeks, starting immediately.Benefits:Lead international, multilingual teams.Competitive hourly pay.Fully remote, collaborative environment.Opportunity to gain experience on a global-scale project
