Job SummaryThe Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare projects, infrastructure upgrades, and clinical system integrations—ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals, regulatory standards, and clinical workflows.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage healthcare projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare regulations throughout project execution.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership, vendors, and end users.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Prepare and present project updates, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.Other duties as assigned. Education RequirementsMinimum: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related fieldPreferred: Master’s degree.Experience RequirementsMinimum: Three (3) years managing projects in a healthcare environment.License/Certification RequirementsType of Specialty Certification or another Licensure, if required: PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
