The role involves full project coordination, including planning, execution, team management, subcontractor supervision, budget control, compliance, and stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities1. Planning & OrganizationDevelop the overall project plan: major phases, detailed activities, resources, timelines, and budgets in line with Air Liquide’s contractual and technical requirements.Align execution plans with available resources and applicable technical and legal frameworks.Coordinate the process of obtaining all required permits and authorizations.2. Team & Resource CoordinationLead and coordinate the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers.Allocate resources efficiently to optimize costs and execution time.Monitor project milestones, quality standards, and daily site progress.Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures.Train and guide team members according to company procedures and legal obligations.3. Financial & Risk ManagementEnsure project spending remains within the approved budget.Analyze financial data and deliver cash-flow reports to management.Identify technical, financial, and organizational risks and develop mitigation plans.Negotiate and monitor contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.Ensure compliance with contractual terms, commercial clauses, and payment deadlines.4. Reporting & CommunicationPrepare regular progress reports including technical, financial, and quality performance indicators.Lead weekly coordination meetings and track the implementation of assigned actions.Communicate transparently with Air Liquide representatives, authorities, suppliers, and all stakeholders.Manage official project correspondence and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.5. Compliance & QualityEnsure compliance with HSE regulations and environmental standards applicable to industrial and energy installations.Oversee implementation of quality procedures and adherence to technical standards relevant to cogeneration and industrial gas production.Implement corrective actions in case of nonconformities.Promote a strong culture of quality, precision, and safety within the team.RequirementsEducationUniversity degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Installation Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a similar technical field.Professional ExperienceMinimum 10 years’ experience in managing industrial or energy projects.Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.Strong track record in budget and timeline management.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of complex project planning and execution.Knowledge of construction, industrial safety, and energy-related regulations.English – good to very good level.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; Microsoft Project is an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesProfessional CompetenciesProven ability to manage large-scale industrial or energy projects.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.Ability to manage and interpret technical and commercial contract clauses.Personal & Leadership AbilitiesStrong leadership, team coordination, and motivation skills.Ability to make quick and informed decisions under pressure.Strong interpersonal abilities and ease in multicultural environments.High attention to detail, quality-driven mindset, and adherence to procedures.Integrity, responsibility, flexibility, and commitment to project goals.
