undefinedYour Key Responsibilities:Globe Position Name：Project Manager- Establish the project team considering all project functions needed and manage the teamwork. Ensure overall consideration of the Schaeffler PLC processes and guidelines. Cross-departmental planning for all functions involved to meet the Project targets andrequirements, including but not limited Cost/Profitability/Schedule/Delivery/Quality etc. Establish and lead a cross functional team to ensure program/project objectives are being metwithin designated parameters. Establish communication routines among the project team, the customer and suppliers Prepare and handle project documentation, contract design and budget planning Manage project reporting, risk management and escalation meetingYour Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree at least Electronic Controller product project management experience, at least 5 years System Project Management experience, at least 5 years Strong communication skills: dominate the occasion; customer intimacy etc. Language skill: Normal English communication capability Technical project leader experience can be treated equally for item 2# or 3#.undefined
