This ensures organisations of all sizes can accurately and efficiently identify and mitigate any risk in a timely fashion to reduce injuries, environmental catastrophe and major security breaches including acts of terrorism.Already a leader in the use of digital and NFC technology to support risk and compliance, the client's future plans include further innovation in the areas of Internet of Things (IoT) and AI.Technical Project ManagementTranslate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps and delivery plans.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.Manage cross-functional communication between product, engineering, design, and operations teams.Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.Serve as the point of escalation for project-level issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.Report regularly to leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomesScrum MasterTech Stack: .Net Core, React, MAUI, MS AzureGood understanding of Micro-servicesFamiliarity with CI/CD PipelinesFamiliarity with AI IntegrationFacilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives).Coach the team in Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum best practices.Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity, prioritization, and refinement.Remove impediments to the team’s progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Protect the team from scope creep and ensure focus on delivering business value.Track sprint velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics to optimize performanceWork Schedule (Day shift)Monday to Friday; 7AM-4PM (Manila Time)Work Setup (Onsite)Quezon City (Eastwood, Libis / SM North)Pasig (Zeta Building, Bridgetowne)Alabang, MuntinlupaClark, PampangaCebuWill transition to hybrid setup after 3-6 months once the team has been establishedTraining in AU a few months after onboardingBy clicking on the "I'm Interested" button I hereby allow Outsourced Quality Assured Services, Inc.
