Our mission is to radically improve quality and efficiency in the sector, giving healthcare professionals #MoreTimeForCare and creating safer and more dignified lives for the people they support.We are growing quickly in the UK and are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to play a central role in bringing our market-leading solutions to customers across the country.About The RoleAs a Project Manager in Sensio’s UK team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementations of our solutions for elderly care providers. You will guide customers from planning to go live, ensuring a smooth process and a high-quality outcome that creates immediate value in their daily operations.The UK team works in a distributed setup across the country and collaborates closely with colleagues in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. Travel to customers will be part of the role, but much of the preparation and coordination can be done remotely. You will work with a high degree of autonomy while being part of a supportive and experienced international environment.What You Will DoPlan and lead implementation projects from start to finish.Create and project plans and timelines.Run kick-off meetings and establish clear structures for each delivery.Coordinate technical resources and internal teams.Configure our systems and support customers throughout installation and commissioning.Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects stay within scope, time, and budget.Provide support during the operational phase and ensure a smooth handover.Share insights that help us improve our products and delivery processes.Who We Are Looking ForYou enjoy taking ownership and delivering real results for customers.
