Project Manager / Site Manager (FACADE)

ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionDeveloping comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines and budgetAssembling and leading a project team, assigning tasks, and providing direction and motivationIdentifying and mitigating potential project risks that could impact project successManages project budgets, tracking of expenses, and ensuring financial goals are metLiaise and hold meetings with clients and Sub contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adheredMaintaining clear and regular communication with the project stakeholders, including Sub Contractors, vendors, team members and upper management.Ensure all projects deliverable meets quality standards and specificationsAddressing issues and challenges that may arise during the project and finding effective solutions.Able to handle changes in project scopes or objectives and assessing the impact on the projects.Always ensure compliance with industry standards, best practice and relevant regulations are metAble to allocate time efficiently and meet projects deadlinesAny other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior/ Senior Project Manager/ Project DirectorJob RequirementsAt least 5 years’ previous work experience, preferably in Building Construction related fieldWith BCA Project Management CertificationKnowledge in construction/ engineering/ procurement/ industry standards and any other project-related activities,Demonstrate client facing and internal communication skillsDemonstrate proficiency in problem solving skillsGood team leader with ability to direct the team and handle multiple projectsCommitted, positive attitude and able to handle projects independentlyAble to work in a fast-paced and busy environmentWith Aluminium and glazing Façade experienceCandidate with more experience may be considered for a seniority role as Senior Project Manager.
