Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Tasks/Responsibilities of the position are as follows:Communicate the direction of the management and its goals to the team being managed both organic to SMEDD as well as Contractors, vendors, and Suppliers involved in the projectManage the group and individual performance of his/her team which includes setting direction for the team as aligned with group targets, reviewing the performance and providing necessary guidanceDeliver and manage the project/s handled from planning to close out – within the agreed time and qualityDevelop a detailed project execution plan including the resources required to complete the projectPlan for strategic options when schedules are falling behind; forecast and initiate plans for anticipated issuesCoordinate and communicate with all the project stakeholders to properly manage expectationsPrepare and Review Project costs and ensure compliance to approved Project BudgetEnsure that everyone on site are informed and strictly following proper safety protocols in the execution of their tasksREQUIREMENTCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalentProfessional license is preferred but not requiredAt least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalentMust be willing to be assigned in MOA, Pasay or anywhere in the Philippines
