Job Description

Project ManagerWe are looking for a Project Manager who will drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of key operational and corporate initiatives within our Manila operations. This role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed on time, aligned with business priorities, and delivered with strong governance and visibility.The Project Manager will act as the central point of coordination for project milestones, risks, and dependencies while ensuring proper documentation and reporting across all initiatives.What You’ll DoProject Management & DeliveryLead end-to-end project delivery from planning to implementation and post-implementation reviewDefine project scope, timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies through structured planning sessionsTrack milestones, risks, and project progress to ensure initiatives stay on scheduleEscalate blockers proactively and drive solutions to maintain delivery momentumStakeholder CoordinationWork closely with Manila senior leadership to prioritize and sequence operational initiativesCoordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, Finance, Facilities, IT, Risk, and QASupport cross-regional collaboration for projects that involve global teamsGovernance & ReportingMaintain structured project governance, ensuring decisions and changes are properly documentedPrepare clear and executive-friendly project status reports and dashboardsMonitor project health and ensure compliance with internal controls and risk frameworksProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve operational and corporate processes during project executionFacilitate post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking ForExperienceAt least 2–4 years of experience in project managementBackground in BPO, shared services, or financial services environments is highly preferredExperience managing multi-team, multi-phase projectsTechnical SkillsHands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platformsStrong experience in project documentation, reporting, and governanceAbility to manage risks, timelines, and competing prioritiesSoft SkillsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and structured approach to project executionStrong problem-solving mindset and risk awarenessAbility to work independently and drive outcomesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related fieldProject management certifications such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or Lean are an advantage
