Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for overseeing and executing signage projects from inception to completion. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring that signage projects align with the brand’s identify, customer requirements and company goals. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE: ·        Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.·        Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.·        Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.·        Ability to manage multiple signage projects in a fast-paced environment.·        Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.·        A valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION: ·      Develop and execute project plans for signage initiatives.·      Costing/ quotations for projects.·      Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, production, installation) to ensure project success.·      Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for signage projects.·      Ensure brand consistency across all signage deliverables, including materials, colours, and messaging.·      Conduct market research to align signage projects with industry trends, regulations, and customer needs.·      Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).·      Oversee relationships with external vendors, fabricators, and installation teams.·      Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.·      Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in signage production.·      Stay updated on best practices, innovations, and sustainable solutions in the signage industry.Forward you CV to: jewell@stikka.co.zaApplication Deadline: 31 October 2025 We believe in the magic of diversity within teams and to achieve this, we do apply Employment Equity principles during our selection process where this is necessary to achieve such diversity. If you do not hear from us within two weeks of the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful. Disclaimer: By submitting your CV and personal information, you agree that Stikka may utilise this information to conduct and complete our recruitment process, which entails distributing your information to all internal recruitment participants and service providers who forms part of the process.
