About The RoleWe are seeking a Project Manager – Strategy & Operations to join our team and drive execution across multiple business areas. This role sits at the intersection of business development, client operations, finance, and banking partnerships. The ideal candidate is highly structured, proactive, and comfortable working across teams to ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly while also building scalable processes for growth. You will be responsible for ensuring visibility, accountability, and execution across critical workflows. This includes managing client relationships, monitoring financial and operational health, supporting reconciliation, and coordinating with banks and cash-in-transit (CIT) partners.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex workflows into clear reporting and actions. Key Responsibilities Business Development & CRMmaintain a CRM system -> ClickUp. Digitize and maintain the commercial pipeline across multiple regions (fuel, retail, FMCG, etc. ). Run daily check-ins with sales teams and track conversion progress. Prepare email outreach, pitch decks, and client-facing presentations. Ensure structured, accurate reporting on pipeline activities. Client Operations & Relationship ManagementActively engage in all client communication channels (WhatsApp, Slack, email). Monitor daily deposits and flag drops or anomalies.
Follow up on missed deposits and ensure client health is tracked. Maintain a CRM-based tracker of all client engagements. Deliver daily performance dashboards and recommendations. Finance & Administration OversightDocument and improve finance workflows (invoicing, bookkeeping, fee structures, controls). Maintain a live tracker of finance tasks, deadlines, and overdraws. Support internal alignment between operations and finance to reduce delays. Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to SOPs. ReconciliationJoin daily reconciliation meetings; document key actions and to-dos. Ensure reconciliation dashboards are complete and accurate. Track errors, resolutions, and propose process improvements. Deliver daily reconciliation recap reports.
CIT Operations OversightTrack all CIT events, their triggers, and frequency. Analyze profitability of safe collections per client. Ensure mismatch reports between CIT collections and invoicing are flagged and resolved. Support operations leadership in driving cost-efficient collection strategies. What Success Looks LikeA fully functioning CRM with accurate, real-time pipeline visibility. Daily dashboards and reports delivered across client operations, reconciliation, and finance. Improved workflows for finance, bank relations, and CIT with documented SOPs. Proactive identification of inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings or scaling. A culture of structure, accountability, and clean reporting across teams.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. +4 years of experience in project management, strategy, finance, or operations (fintech or banking experience a plus). Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with CRM systems. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions. High attention to detail and accountability in execution.
