Project Manager Supply Chain and Industrial Engineering

Work Setup: OnsiteWork Schedule: Night ShiftLocation: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), TaguigThe Project Manager Supply Chain and Industrial Engineering will be responsible for leading and executing projects across warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, and industrial engineering functions. The role requires a highly analytical, organized, and results-driven professional who can plan, execute, and monitor complex projects while ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in project management, industrial engineering, and logistics operations, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and ExecutionDevelop and execute project plans in alignment with defined scope, timelines, and budget for warehouse and supply chain operations.Lead project team members in executing project tasks, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to schedules.Identify business needs and determine analytical approaches to develop effective solutions to data and operational issues.Understand business goals and contribute to strategic solutions that drive operational improvement and efficiency.Handle complex analyses to address cross-functional business issues and implement process optimization initiatives.Collaboration, Communication, and FacilitationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions across supply chain, logistics, and industrial engineering functions.Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and requirements.Provide clear and timely communication on project status, challenges, and milestones.Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication channels to ensure alignment and problem resolution.Budget, Resource, and Risk ManagementMonitor project budgets and resource utilization, identifying and managing variances to ensure adherence to approved allocations.Manage project risks and issues by identifying potential obstacles and developing mitigation and contingency plans.Ensure optimal use of resources while maintaining cost efficiency and meeting project deliverables.Job QualificationsBachelors degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.At least seven (7) years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Maintenance, Transportation and Logistics, and Industrial Engineering.In-depth understanding of Project Management and Industrial Engineering principles.Proficiency in Project Management and Industrial Engineering tools.Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Non-Negotiable SkillsProficiency in MS Excel and other Project Management tools.Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Maintenance, Transportation and Logistics, and Industrial Engineering.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
