As an equal opportunity employer, we care deeply about creating an inclusive workplace where our team members feel valued, respected, and empowered.Your role within the teamProduct Innovation Management – Responsible for leading new and existing product development projects from ideation to launch in Asia marketsCollaboration – Pivotal role to coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure that innovation projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budgetProject Efficiency – Track project progress, streamline processes, and drive efficiency across cross function departmentsKey responsibilities includeProject ManagementResponsibility for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation to launch through a defined Stage Gate / Launch processSet milestones and demonstrate detailed project plans to deliver projects for Asia regionOutline clear priorities for resource allocation based on commercial returns and business objectivesBuild and clearly communicate a detailed Risk Mitigation Plan with proactive management and monitoring of riskIdentify and manage project scope changes, communicating them to relevant stakeholdersCollaborationCoordination of technical R&D team with Commercial Marketing colleagues, Sourcing and other functions with strong collaboration skills ensuring project successManaging relationship and communication with external partners including contract manufacturersProject and Performance TrackingMonitor and report project progress and key performance metrics of new launchesPortfolio ManagementTrack portfolio movements and recommend suitable portfolio expansion opportunities with category consumer insights and business strategic prioritiesDesired Skills and ExperienceTo make sure we are setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:Bachelor degree holder in any related disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management position, ideally from FMCG or health and wellness industryPMP (Project Management Professional) Certified or Prince2 qualifications are an absolute advantageProactive and self-initiativesAttention to details, possess strong problem-solving and influencing skillAbility to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCandidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager roleH&H Group believes in the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace and aims to reflect the varied cultures within which we exist.
