Project Manager & Systems Analyst

FMR develops end-to-end technological solutions for a wide range of organizations in the Israeli capital market, including comprehensive systems, customized software, and unique models. We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in Systems Analysis to work on development projects and complex financial systems.What will you do with us?Lead projects end-to-end, working closely with development teams, clients, and internal stakeholdersAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specification documents for development teamsPlan sprints, break down tasks, prioritize, and track execution (Scrum Master orientation)Manage status meetings and lead communication across multiple interfacesBuild and implement work processes and project management tools (Monday.com)What do you need to bring to the role?At least 4 years of experience managing technological projectsStrong technological understanding and ability to work closely with development teams -mustExperience in systems analysis within capital markets / banking / insurance – an advantageExperience working in Agile / Scrum environmentsHighly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholdersProficiency in Monday.com – an advantageJoin us to deepen and expand your knowledge of the capital markets while working closely with leading clients in the financial industry.
