Job Description

Our company, Sivan Design, develops and markets CivilCAD – the professional software solution for surveying, road and infrastructure design.We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will provide support to software users and help advance the creation of training and support materials.Job Requirements:Good knowledge of AutoCAD / ZWCADFamiliarity with road design, infrastructure, and/or surveyingStrong computer skills and the ability to learn technical material quicklyGood command of English – speaking and writingPatience and the ability to explain clearly, professionally, and articulatelyThe position is based at our office in Raanana, with the option for one hybrid work-from-home day per week.
