Project Manager

· Oversee the Projects Department, and ensure each project is well managed by the Project Managers/Engineers and sub-contractors· Execution of interior and exterior decoration works within the company’s projects· finalizing and managing the finishing works within projects· Leading the coordination between the companies’ finishing workers and the subcontractors to ensure collaboration and avoid projects’ drawbacks· Manage the phased zones of finishing activities· Searching for modern finishing materials and presenting them to the design department· Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to complete the project.· Ensuring that the project management plan aligns with the organization's overall strategic plan.Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering, Applied Arts Interior Design Section or Fine Arts   Interior Design and Decorations Section.Minimum 10 years of experience in Hotel projects and Finishing apartment Experience 3-5 years in Saudi Arabia Very Good in AutoCADPhotoshop, and 3D Max is a plusStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsWork location RiyadhEgyptian Residence
