Since our launch in 2002, Bano has become the market leader in Norway, tested by thousands in hospitals, nursing homes, and private homes, and is now a sought-after international solution.Join our international team, headquartered in Norway, as we expand our innovative solutions into the Swiss market.Your Role: The Hands-On Project Driver and EntrepreneurIn this pivotal, highly operative and independent position, you will be instrumental in establishing and growing Bano’s bathroom concept within the Swiss healthcare market in close cooperation with our sales team. This is a unique opportunity to join building an organization in Switzerland with a small team, requiring a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the willingness to wear different hats in various situations.You will manage the full project lifecycle, after initial B2B sales to final installation and aftercare, playing a vital part in introducing and integrating Bano's innovative solutions across the country.Your main responsibilities will include:End-to-End Project Execution: Take responsibility for the realisation of our bathroom projects. From project planning after the sales agreement has been signed, to supervising installation and aftercare.Technical Coordination & Supervision: Coordinate with construction companies, plumbers, architects, and project management. This involves participating in building meetings, providing technical training for installers, and supervising (or participating with) electricians, plumbers, planners, and architects.Logistics & Maintenance: Coordinate deliveries with Administration in Norway. Manage local stock, organize shipments, and store and send small parts.Field Operations: Take a hands-on attitude that includes being willing to perform small installations and repairs.Market Support: Organize and set up trade fair stands to promote the Bano concept.Local Management: Work independently and comfortably from a small office or remote home office base in Switzerland.Technical Sales Support: Act as a key technical resource for the sales team, providing expert answers to complex questions. Occasionally travel to client sites to deliver on-site technical presentations and help secure critical deals.Qualifications and ExperienceExceptional fluency in both French and German is essential, with one of these languages at a native or near-native level. You'll also need a working proficiency in English for seamless communication with our administration and factory teams in Norway. The position requires a good technical understanding; therefore, a background in sanitary, carpentry, or other trades would be highly advantageous. You must possess a valid Driver's License and be willing to travel all over Switzerland to manage projects. A basic level of computer knowledge is necessary for handling administrative tasks like orders, claims, and CRM. The ideal candidate must currently be located in Switzerland, ideally in the area of Bern, Fribourg, Biel, or Neuenburg. An established network within the construction industry and/or healthcare sector is a welcome asset, as is experience with design software such as ArchiCAD and Revit.Personal QualitiesEntrepreneurial Spirit & Independence: Eager to contribute to building a new organization.
