No matter where you’re from or who you are, if you’re passionate about the transformative power of progressive politics, we invite you to build a better future with us.Role SummaryKEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist the Project Management team with forward planning, holding regular status meetings/catch ups and updating status and workflow documentsAct as a giant octopus i.e. the conduit between the Global Strategic Communications team and the wider Institute commissioning teams to ensure communication is open and projects run smoothlyManage resource and project workflow across the Studio for our Design and Video teams so we’re efficient and effective in our deliverySet up and run kick off meetings at the beginning of every project, ensuring all are clear on the agreed actions/plan discussed, and keep track of progress/approvalsTypes of projects you will be working on include, but are not limited to, branding, web and social assets, video shoots, reports and data visualisations, and event collateral/planningMotivate and encourage teams to produce incredible creative workManage relationships with third party vendors where needed, including liaising with internal budget holders and our Legal, Finance and People team, with support of the Senior PM/Head of Project ManagementRun clear and positive briefing/feedback sessions that ensure we create the best quality work on time, on budget and on brief (whilst having fun in the process)Manage multiple workstreams and be confident in reprioritising, playing deadline Jenga, and flagging concerns with wider PM team when requiredWork closely with the Project Management team and Head of Design to define and allocate resource, having a point of view on the skills sets required for the project and the best approach to the briefBe an advocate for all internal processes and have a cool head in chaotic timesPERSON SPECIFICATIONAbility and appetite to bring people together to create and inspire solutionsProcess-oriented with a strong point of view and distinct voiceConscientious with a sharp attention to detailTech savvy; a pro at picking up new systemsExperience equivalent to approximately 3-4 years in advertising/marketing agencyDemonstrable experience in delivering projects to quality, on time, on budget and across multiple channelsGood verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence, negotiate and solve problems at all levels and stages of a projectHave a strong understanding of production processes for digital, social, motion and printContribute ideas, energy and good vibesClosing Date:2025-11-23
