Project Manager – Tower Construction

KBH Real Estate Development is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with proven expertise in tower and high-rise construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of major developments, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters.This position requires a professional with strong leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing large-scale real estate construction projects in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full lifecycle of tower construction projects, from design coordination to project handover.Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and quality execution.Monitor project progress through regular site visits, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.Identify potential risks and delays, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.Manage procurement schedules and materials delivery to align with project milestones.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budget updates, and change orders.Ensure all work meets UAE construction codes, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.Collaborate with the Projects Director on strategic planning, cost optimization, and value engineering.Supervise and mentor junior engineers, QA/QC teams, and site staff to achieve excellence in project execution.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience managing high-rise or tower projects in the UAE.In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations.Strong experience in budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent).Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.#ProjectManager #ConstructionJobsUAE #RealEstateDevelopment #AjmanJobs #HighRiseProjects #TowerConstruction #UAEJobs #EngineeringJobs #CivilEngineering #ConstructionManagement #ProjectManagement #KBHRealEstate #HiringNow #UAEConstruction #AjmanDevelopers
