Project Manager

Position Title: Project ManagerJob Category: Product Development & EngineeringDepartment: Legacy CostingLocation: Anderson, SC, United StatesDuration: 12 MonthsSchedule: Hours per Week: 40; Days per Week: 5; Hours per Day: 8Number of Positions: 3Duties & Responsibilities:Utilize standard project management tools to meet quality, financial, and schedule targets.Define and secure project resources; work with functional group leaders to build project organization.Coordinate across departments (order management, production, logistics, contractors, warranty).Maintain communication with field resources; conduct site visits.Escalate issues promptly to maintain project success.Conduct effective meetings and presentations.Manage reporting and tracking to ensure quality, schedule, and cost goals are met.Oversee project financial performance, budgets, and margins.Promote and lead a culture of safety through regular safety meetings.Minimum Qualifications:3–5 years of project management experience.Experience in critical infrastructure (UPS, thermal, battery, monitoring) preferred.Knowledge of construction, electrical, and mechanical contracting.Strong communication, customer service, and project management skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, data center infrastructure, and commissioning processes.PMP certification preferred.Education:Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience.
