We achieve this by providing subject matter expertise, establishing and maintaining efficient operations that yield accurate decisions and feedback to fuel continuous improvements.We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Integrity Operations team focused on user safety and the AI transformation of the safety operational space. In this role you will develop expertise in Human Exploitation (HEx) and drive the development and execution of operational strategies to detect, prevent, and mitigate HEx on WhatsApp, while leading the integration of AI technologies to enhance our operational performance.Project Manager, WhatsApp Integrity Operations Responsibilities:Influence and execute the Human Exploitation strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the completion of the operations roadmap across product, policy, legal, and engineering. Maintain a continuous focus on driving operational improvementsDevelop Human Exploitation expertise and an end-to-end understanding of how this harm affects our users, product, and communityManage day-to-day operations and leverage AI tools and automation to increase operational effectiveness and efficiencyEffectively plan, manage, and execute complex projects from ideation to completion, pushing the boundaries and envisioning the future of this area of the business to further our missionProactively analyze data and conduct root cause assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and anticipate future business needs. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement solutions based on the analysisBe a subject matter expert for the company, and maintain expertise by regularly performing operational core work, handling escalations and auditsParticipate in on-call emergency escalation rotation as well as after-hours and weekend duty when necessaryMinimum Qualifications:3+ years of demonstrated experience delivering complex projects or process improvementsExperience operating in and delivering results in an ambiguous and goal-oriented environmentExperience working in, communicating with, and leading global cross-functional projectsExpertise in root cause analysis and generating actionable insightsExperience assessing, analyzing and resolving complex problemsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Trust & Safety or Integrity Operations rolesExperience analyzing large datasetsFamiliarity with AI/ML systems, automation, and GenAI annotation platformsFamiliarity with WhatsAppAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
