Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager with an advanced command of German and English (min. B2/C1) and communicative Polish (min. B1), who will be responsible for managing projects, gathering requirements, and driving product development for clients from the DACH region and the USA.We expect hands-on experience in project delivery, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector, and/or in optimization or AI-related projects.We are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with creativity and can propose innovative solutions and new directions for product growth. This role sits at the intersection of Project and Product Management, with strong exposure to client collaboration.Main ResponsibilitiesManage IT projects and prepare client proposals – plan and oversee project scope, budget, and qualityOrganize and facilitate requirements analysis sessions, including Product Discovery workshops with clientsCollaborate with clients throughout all project phases – from needs analysis and concept creation to deliveryPrepare project documentation (solution concepts, Statements of Work)Coordinate the development team and ensure effective communication between clients and technical teamsManage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and monitor progressMaintain relationships with stakeholders and report project results to clients and managementRequirementsFluent command of German and English, and communicative Polish (min.
