They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple development projects, manage consultants and contractors, and ensure quality, cost, schedule, and compliance targets are met. Main Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project execution from inception to completion. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and master programs. Manage approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance. Oversee consultants, contractors, and contracts, ensuring clear responsibilities and deliverables. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure quality, safety, and ESG compliance on site.
Manage project handover, defect rectification, and operational readiness. Report progress, dashboards, and key updates to senior management. Main Requirements: Bachelors degree in Built Environment, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Minimum 9 years experience in real estate development or construction management. Proven track record with high-rise or large-scale mixed-use projects. Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills. Budget and contract management proficiency. Effective communication across disciplines and seniority levels. Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, etc. ). Knowledge of ESG and sustainable building practices is a plus.
