Project Managers

The Role: Our team is expanding and we are hiring several high caliber Project Managers to join our fast-growing Delivery team.This is an exciting time to be part of our business transformation and see your role evolve with the company's growth. You will play a key role in managing and coordinating the projects of one or more Software Development teams and making sure they’re delivered efficiently and on time.As a Project Manager, you will work closely with other Project Managers, Product Managers, and various business teams to seamlessly deliver products and services.This is a high visibility role which will ensure you are at the forefront of all company developments, directly liaising with senior management and the tech leadership of the organisation.The main responsibilities of the position include:Deliver multiple projects of varying complexity and sizeCoordinate internal and remote software development teamsHold task owners accountable for specific deliverables and conduct project team meetings to review progress and take any necessary actionsFacilitate scrum events, discussions, decision making, and conflict resolutionKeep track of sprint commitments and promote team ownership by ensuring each team delivers within their set timelineEnsure that requirements are comprehensive and thorough, include all the necessary information, and are ready for implementationRemove impediments to meet deadlinesCollaborate closely with each project's team to provide a high-level estimation and create a release planCoordinate with other teams to ensure dependencies are alignedAssist with internal and external communication channels to improve transparency, and provide information to the right stakeholders in the right levels of abstractionCollaborate with Product Managers and other cross-functional teams to manage the expectations of stakeholders by making sure the backlog is well defined, estimated, and prioritisedConstantly review team metrics for a fast and efficient deliveryUnderstand and follow the company’s processesUtilise project management methodologies and relevant tools to accomplish all the aboveMain requirements:BSc/MSc in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in a similar positionExperience with project management software, analysis, and reporting methodsKnowledge of project management tools and techniques (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)Strong organisational and critical thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills that can handle any issues that occur during a project’s life cycleA hands-on, professional, detail-oriented approach that strives for excellenceStrong written and verbal communication for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and managementStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsStrong leadership skills and the ability to stay motivated and work effectively under pressureThe ability to identify process deficiencies and suggest improvements based on knowledge and experienceAn understanding of the full software development cycleThe following will be considered an advantage:PMP/Prince II and Agile/Scrum certificationsProgramming or professional technical experienceFX industry experienceBenefit from:Attractive remuneration package plus performance related rewardPrivate health insuranceCorporate pension fundIntellectually stimulating work environmentContinuous personal development and international training opportunitiesType of employment: Full timePlease visit our website https://tinyurl.com/yp7jyup4 to submit your online application for this position.All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality
