We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support major capital expansion projects across global manufacturing network. This role will be responsible for creating, managing, and reporting on integrated project schedules for engineering and construction activities.Position: Project PlannerDuration: 12 Months (with possibility of extension)Start Date: January 2026Location: Stein, Switzerland (Onsite)Right to Work: Swiss-based candidates onlyKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project)Integrate schedules from EPCM partners, contractors, and internal teamsAnalyse critical paths, delays, and schedule risksPrepare schedule reports, forecasts, dashboards, and progress updatesLead planning meetings and ensure accurate data collectionTrack scope changes and assess their schedule impactSupport resource loading and timeline optimizationRequirements5–10 years’ experience in project planning for large capital projects (20M–200M CHF)Strong skills with Primavera P6, MS Project, ExcelExcellent analytical and reporting skillsStrong communication in English (German preferred)Experience in EPCM / construction / pharma / industrial projectsAble to work onsite in Stein, Switzerland📎 Apply now with your CV if you have strong P6 expertise and large-scale project planning experience.
