This role will be key in establishing and implementing QA/QC systems, ensuring compliance, minimizing rework, and promoting a safe, efficient work environment.Role DescriptionDevelop and implement QA/QC manuals, inspection, and testing plans.Supervise site works and ensure adherence to quality standards.Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, and consultants.Maintain QA/QC reports, track non-conformances, and ensure corrective actions.Support HSE practices and promote safety compliance.Qualifications🎓 BSc in Civil or COTM (or related field).🧱 5+ years of QA/QC experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects.📋 Strong knowledge of construction codes, MEP, and finishing works.💬 Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.Why Join Us?Be part of a dynamic team shaping the city skyline.
