Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Engineer, located in Addis Ababa with some work-from-home flexibility. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services by conducting quality control assessments, managing quality assurance programs, and continually improving quality management systems. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production processes, conducting audits, analyzing quality data, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Qualifications Quality Engineering and Quality Control skillsExperience in Quality Assurance and Quality ManagementAbility to ensure Product Quality and uphold industry standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferredExperience in the energy sector is a plus
