Project Quantity Surveyor – Permanent | Limerick | €55,000 - €75,000We’re looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction team in Limerick. This is a permanent role with a salary range of €55,000 - €75,000, offering the chance to take full ownership of projects from the tender stage through to final account.What You’ll Do:Oversee project budgets, cost reporting, BOQs, and profit planning.Prepare and submit monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts.Lead interim commercial meetings with clients and internal project teams.Procure and manage subcontractors, ensuring payments are accurate and on time.Monitor schedules, identify risks, and collaborate with planning engineers.Maintain precise commercial records and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015.What We’re Looking For:Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Project Quantity Surveyor role within construction/electrical sectors.Strong commercial and contract management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver accurate results to tight deadlines.What’s on Offer:Salary €55,000 - €75,000 (DOE)Full-time, permanent role with career growth opportunities.A chance to work on exciting, high-value projects within a supportive team.Ready to take the next step in your QS career?
