Project Quantity Surveyor

Role: Project Quantity SurveyorLocation: London and South EastContract Type: Permanent, Full TimeYou Will Have full exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre:construction through to project delivery Work alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors Manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement Be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome Be working on projects that can range in value from GBP5m : GBP15m across various sectorsThis Major Contractor Is Looking For Expert knowledge of working under the JCT D and B form of contract Knowledge of procurement and sub contractor management The ability to create accurate commercial reports Experience working for either a regional / national contractor as the Quantity / Project SurveyorMy client always looks out for transferable skills, so even if you dont tick every box and match the full criteria above, please apply and we can discuss options and the role in more detail.Sam for more informationRandstad Construction Property Engineering is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
