IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa)EgyptLE_0170-GROME Trading Limited (L.L.C.)Employee AssignmentNot remoteFull Time1 December 2025Collectively accountable for the overall delivery of the Country results and leadership of the organization.The role holder will be one of the main actors in strategic planning for this channel development.Carry out his responsibilities in delivering the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.Project management write and maintain project specifications within Grohe project system.Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, and ensure local implementation is in full compliance. Provide high quality information and analysis in support of strategic priorities and initiatives. Identify key channels and targets in region for project business by: Sub Channel A: Hospitality with the Primary Target being Hotel Architects/Designers Sub Channel B: Residential with the Primary Target being Architects & Developers Sub Channel C: Health Care with the Primary Target being Architects and Owners Sub Channel D: Commercial with the Primary Target being Architects & DevelopersForecast accurate projects sales by month, quarter, and year.Maintain professional relationship with designers and architectures in the country. Develop and maintain data base / records of all key project contacts in region as required and prepare report for senior management.Qualifications And EducationBachelor’s degree in architecture, MBA (is a plus).Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic, good command of other languages to be considered a plus.ExperienceAround 2-4 years of experience in a comparable positionDemonstrate success at working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environment whilst maintaining Grohe’s quality and reputation for excellence.
