AIM has a consistent track record of success in a number of different industries based on their understanding of the regional business trends and opportunities, the ability to execute initiatives and a continuously growing network in different business sectors.The firm has achieved market leadership in a number of product categories including Building Materials (Imported office furniture, Public seating, Mineral fiber ceiling, Vinyl flooring, Water-proofing), and Consumables (Aluminum foil, Cleaning and hygiene chemicals for the Hospitality industry)* Performance objectives:1. Complete monthly project report to Product ManagerKeep updated list of current or potential projects in agreed upon formatCollect, update and analyze customer’s data, competitors’ and market movement2. Manage customers, suppliers & partners relationshipSeek new customers monthly to achieve the sales targetIdentify key clients’ status and suppliers’ complaints, and bottlenecks.Proactive provide solutions to improve performance.Manage big projects and control installation workers3. Follow up and develop the sales process including sales quotation and receivablesProspect, cost, negotiate and draft sales contracts. Identify the key issues and propose appropriate solutionsFollow-up and update on every quote-out to clients with clear execution planCooperate with cross-functional divisions to ensure receivables are collected as well as products are delivered accurately and timely.4.
