Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: Provide office-based support to the project sales team.Act as a primary contact point for project-channel customers and distributors.Manage inbound enquiries and ensure accurate CRM logging and timely follow-up.Prepare, issue, and track quotations in coordination with sales, technical, and pricing teams.Process purchase orders, tender files, contracts, and other sales documentation.Support project registration and ensure accurate and complete documentation.Coordinate with logistics teams and service providers to ensure timely product delivery.Monitor the project pipeline, identifying risks, delays, or recurring issues.Generate basic reports on sales activities, order status, and pipeline progress.Assist with operational and administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.Location : IstanbulQualifications and Education:Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Economics faculties.Fluency in Turkish and English.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales support or project coordinationExperience:Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process driven.Experience preparing quotations or managing orders and sales documentation.Background in construction materials, building products, or technical sales.Proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
