Project Specialist

Position Title: Project SpecialistMajor ResponsibilitiesDevelop management communications and presentationsCoordinate activities on process improvements across the organization as instructed by the line managementProvide efficient administrative and office management services to the Executive Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Innovation ensuring work is completed effectively within the agreed timescaleSupport the project manager in coordinating between various departments to ensure the progress of the ongoing projectsThe incumbent will undertake any such appropriate duties or responsibilities as directed.Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information.Qualification Master’s degree in business/management or a related stream relevant to the roleAdvanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.Experience & Knowledge RequirementMinimum of 7 years of experience. At Least 5 years of experience managing projects preferably in health care environmentExtensive understanding of project management program/ project techniques.Proven experience in creating and maintaining technical reports/ documentation.Skills RequirementsStrong knowledge of ethical principles, frameworks, and regulations in healthcareExcellent communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to trace information and follow it through to the endCritical thinking and analytical skills to address complex issues
