Project Supply Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Our client is a global leader in ICT infrastructure and smart devices in Thailand. The company provides telecommunications, enterprise IT, cloud, and consumer solutions, supporting Thailand’s digital transformation across government, business, and industry sectors.ResponsibilitiesAccording to the project medium and long - term supply demand, provide the deliverable, efficient and low-cost supply solution and manage it. Lead the project supply chain team to work efficiently, including order fulfillment, importation/exportation, international logistics, inventory management and selection of vendors.Keep good communication with customers, understand the needs of customers and improve customer satisfaction level through continuous teamwork.Work with some positions of Supply center like planning, order, and logistics to make sure supply on time based on customer requirement.Familiar with international trade term, and can provide the solution about transaction with customer based on supply capability and other risks.Work with Logistic Service Provider to make all the supply work more efficient and meet the accuracy to fulfill the delivery demand, such as use the new technology and management method, to make sure cargo arrival on time, picking efficiencies and accuracy Responsible for organizing and participating in the selection and management of suppliers in local country, building long term and stable partnership with suppliers according to company’s procurement strategiesQualificationsBachelor's Degree, Engineering, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or related fields.Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain/Logistics work, overseas working experience in telecom-equipment provider preferredFamiliar with supply chain business processes and able to make enhance and improve processes flow.With significant background in supply chain planning, has worked in 1 or more operational roles such as demand planner, planning manager, demand-supply manager in recent years.Extensive knowledge and experience in professional project management methodologies or logisticsGood communication and interpersonal skills (such as team building ,conflict management, cross culture management)English Proficiently
