A03 WaterHub Support Officer | Contract to 26 June 2026 | Brisbane or Regional QLDSupport Queensland’s vital water management and customer service programs.We’re seeking two A03 WaterHub Support Officers for hourly rate contracts through to 26 June 2026 within one of our Queensland government clients. These positions provide the opportunity to support the management of Queensland’s water resources while delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support across a large state-wide program.As a WaterHub Support Officer, you’ll assist the Water Customer Service Improvement team with administrative, operational, and project support activities. You’ll help assess and process water dealings, maintain records and databases, and ensure information is managed accurately in line with departmental standards and legislation. The role contributes directly to improving water service delivery and supporting compliance with the Water Act 2000 and Water Regulation 2016.This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are passionate about contributing to the sustainable management of Queensland’s natural resources.About the roleThe WaterHub Support Officer plays a key role in the department’s water management initiatives, providing administrative coordination and customer support across multiple programs. The role involves maintaining accurate data, assisting with correspondence, preparing documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support water service operations. You’ll also provide general office and project support, helping ensure the smooth delivery of business outcomes within a team that values collaboration, accuracy, and continuous improvement.What we’re looking forWe’re seeking motivated, organised individuals with a strong customer service focus and excellent attention to detail. Experience in administration, compliance, or government operations will be highly regarded. You’ll be confident using a range of software systems, managing information efficiently, and communicating clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
