The reason for the fixed-term contract is time-limited funding. This post will involve hybrid working but is based in Shetland. If you wish to apply for this post as a secondment opportunity, you will need to discuss with your line manager before submitting an application.This role will offer project support across a range of change and innovation projects for NHS Shetland. This role is integral to the successful delivery of programmes that aim to improve services and outcomes for our population. The postholder will work closely with project leads and stakeholders to ensure effective planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Knowledge and experience of working within NHS Shetland would be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams and disciplines, along with good attention to detail are essential.
