Project Support Officer

The role:- Reporting on progress, resources, finance or costings- Overseeing projects, mitigating risks and solving issues- Quality assurance, for example through collating data, auditing or compliance checks- Scheduling meetings and setting agendas for the project team- Internal and external stakeholder management- Managing correspondence- Updating project records- Preparing test data, testing and Reporting on testing- Preparing, printing and distributing project documentation- Facilitating and co-ordinating efficient flow of all working documents- Drafting documents, such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetingsYou have:- Bachelor degree- Knowledge of project management methodologies and methods- Experienced in drafting documents, (such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings), managing correspondence and typing in data into electronic systems- Ability to organise and plan the work process and deliver expected results- Proficient in using MS Office tools- Basic knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts- Dedication to quality of the provided documents (incl. content and formatting)- Service oriented attitude- Systematic worker- Has knowledge/experience in the area of Schengen Information System (including Member States or EU Agency Systems that interconnect with SIS)- Has knowledge/experience in the area of testing ICT systems- Has knowledge and experience in using Azure DevOps (especially in managing backlog, preparing and executing test plans, preparing dashboards)- Has knowledge/experience in the area of border checks, border surveillance and returnIf you want to join a dynamic company where technological challenges will be found in your day to day we are waiting for you in the great VASS team.And we encourage you to be the best version of yourself: Transformative, Creative, Honest, Vibrant!At VASS we take action every day to achieve a favourable environment that facilitates and promotes equal opportunities, non-discrimination, diversity and inclusion of all people.
