Projects Purchasing Manager

Manages project purchasing team, ensures staff availability and grow the competence in line with the region Division organizationDrives project purchasing, pilot and forecast the project purchasing index & KPIs Define and Implement standards by segment across the P1 purchasing network within the siteAssess the required workload and supports the project buyer teams in the different activitiesParticipate in the target setting of the P1 projects of the siteWarrants CAA Purchasing validation for his siteRepresent Purchasing in the project process. Participates to Project Meeting and Activities (Project Kick Off, Sourcing Plan, Technical Steering Committee, Project Management Committee) and participates to Pre-SoCo and SoCo decisions with project Buyers.Involves Segment Leader (or Group Segment Director) in appropriate timing to share project constraints and propose sourcing strategy compliant with Group Segment StrategyLiaise with Project and Segment organizations to identify Bundle opportunitiesAnticipates with Commodity Network, segments evolution and liaise accordingly with the PGEnsure consistency between projects and segments Pre-SoCo & SoCo milestonesEnsure use and sharing of best practices to the P1Purchasing network throughout the PG“Animate” and grow the P1 Purchasing network throughout the siteEstablish clear activity dashboards to report key activity to top Management of thePL/ DivisionContribute to Working Groups to improve purchasing methodologyParticipate to Crisis war-room if necessaryKPIsSpecificProject Purchasing IndexSoCo Metrics (Sourcing Ratio; LTA; Business Link)Project Milestones (PRAC, IS)Unqualified Initial Samples (UIS)SharedProject inflation balanceProject platform localization rate (must be in line or better than OEM project currency pass through) .
