Consolidating its international platform of intelligent biopharmaceutical technologies with the longstanding process development and manufacturing expertise in the MEA, Minapharm, together with ProBioGen, has incorporated MiGenTra GmbH headquartered in Berlin and manufacturing in Cairo, to enhance the accessibility to critical healthcare transforming medicines through product development and commercialization of Biosimilar mABs, Cell and Gene Therapies and vaccines, at affordable prices in Egypt, and MEA.Our Values:· Diversity & Respect· Integrity & Accountability· Collaboration· Leadership & Empowerment· Innovation & Continuous LearningDuties and responsibilities: Project Support & CoordinationAssist in planning and tracking immunotherapy projects in alignment with corporate objectives.Support preparation of project charters, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.Monitor milestones, collect data, and update project documentation.Assist in risk identification and support mitigation planning.Stakeholder & Partnership SupportCoordinate communications between internal teams and external partners.Support relationship management with industrial and academic collaborators.Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up actions from partnership meetings.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and business development teams to align project deliverables. Ensure efficient information flow and document management across global subsidiaries.Innovation & Business InsightContribute to transforming scientific initiatives into business-relevant insights.Support the preparation of business models and value propositions for new projects.Qualification and skills: EducationBachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Additional training in Project Management (CAPM, PMP coursework, or equivalent) or Business/Healthcare Management is preferred.Industry ExpertiseSome relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or 1–3 years in the biopharmaceutical/healthcare industry).Familiarity with global healthcare environments is advantageous.Strong interest in combining science with business and project execution.Skills & AttributesStrong organizational and time-management skills.Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with proficiency in data collection and reporting.Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).Ability to work collaboratively across multicultural, cross-functional teams.Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to large-scale global projects.
