The Server (Designated Trainer) will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and delivering tailored training to new and existing team members. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of menu items, managing tables, assisting with catering events, and supporting the team through collaborative efforts. Qualifications Experience in Food & Beverage service, Catering, and delivering an outstanding guest experienceProficiency in Training team members and enhancing their hospitality skillsetsComfortable using technology, including Windows-based systemsStrong Teamwork and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrior experience in training roles or the hospitality industry is a strong plus
