About MITAS MedicalMITAS Medical is a Japan-based health technology company expanding to Indonesia.We provide a smartphone-compatible mobile slit lamp and teleconsultation platform that enable general practitioners (GPs) and primary clinics to offer basic eye examinations in collaboration with ophthalmologists online.Our mission is simple — to make quality eye care accessible for everyone, starting with local clinics.BackgroundOur clients — primary clinics and GP practices — use our tele-eye consultation system to provide eye screening services.To help them succeed, we support their efforts to raise awareness of eye health among nearby communities and increase the number of patients visiting their clinics.At MITAS Medical, our clients’ success is our success.Helping our partner clinics grow their eye-patient volume and community presence is one of our top priorities.This is a part-time position with an expected commitment of up to 16 hours per week — ideal for someone who wants to gain meaningful experience in the healthcare and health-tech sector while maintaining a flexible schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate closely with client clinics to support their promotion and marketing initiatives.Participate in on-site promotional activities such as community eye-check events and clinic campaigns.Create engaging marketing materials and visuals using tools such as Canva or similar design platforms.Contribute to marketing strategy development and execution — both to attract new client clinics and to promote eye-care services at existing ones.Collaborate with the MITAS Medical Indonesia and Japan teams to localize campaigns and track performance.QualificationsPassion for healthcare, marketing, and social impact.Strong communication and coordination skills.Experience in marketing, promotion, or community engagement (clinic, medical, or FMCG background is a plus).Familiarity with Canva or other creative tools.Willingness to visit clinics and participate in field activities.Based in Jakarta (preferred) and able to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
