This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse UK property portfolio, supporting strategic investment decisions, acquisitions, and ongoing asset management activities.The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing financial performance, assessing new opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of the company’s property portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain financial models for property investments, acquisitions, and disposals.Analyse portfolio performance and prepare regular reports on income, occupancy, and capital values.Conduct detailed market research to identify new investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making.Assist with asset management initiatives including lease reviews, cash flow forecasting, and project appraisals.Prepare investment papers and presentations for internal review and external stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and development.About YouDegree educated in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.Ideally experienced within a property, real estate, or investment environment.Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and presentation skills.Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.Involvement in a broad range of property investment and asset management projects.Supportive, team-oriented culture with opportunities for professional growth.
