Location: USA – Cleveland, Ohio (Hybrid; Onsite Client Engagements Required)Work Type: Full-Time, PermanentExperience Required: 5 – 35 YearsCompensation: USD 100,000 – 175,000 (plus SP payout: USD 5,250)Eligibility: Must be a U.S. CitizenTravel Requirement: Minimal to moderate; occasional overnight travel may be requiredJob OverviewSeeking an experienced Property and Casualty Client Executive to lead and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. The role involves providing strategic and operational leadership, delivering client advisory services, and overseeing all aspects of account lifecycle management—from pre-renewal through stewardship. The position also includes collaboration with producers on new business opportunities and delivering professional client presentations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage an established book of Property & Casualty (P&C) clients. Educate clients on policy coverage, exclusions, and updates. Collaborate with producers and client managers to complete renewals 90–120 days before expiration Manage the full marketing and renewal process including strategy, submissions, negotiations, and presentation development. Deliver oral and written presentations to clients and prospects. Identify additional coverage opportunities and deliver tailored risk management solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of all client communications in the agency management system. Supervise client managers supporting shared accounts. Ensure compliance with agency procedures, E&O guidelines, and operational standards. Participate in internal initiatives, special projects, and client stewardship reviews.Must-Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree (any discipline). Active State of Ohio Property & Casualty License. Minimum 5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience. Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Preferred QualificationsProfessional designations such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM.
