Job Description

Role & Remuneration-      Property Coordinator-      Based in Dubai-      Starting salary AED 6,000 - 7,000 / month-      Plus commission based per property signed up-      30 days annual leave as per UAE laws-      2-year contract-      Reporting to Revenue Manager Tasks – VACATION RENTALS-      Overseeing all aspects of checkouts from booking the cleaners, ensuring guests leave on time, checking off the unit for damages or losses, ensuring thorough cleaning and perfect preparation for on-time check-in-      Reporting on a timely basis any irregularities to the unit and overseeing any repair jobs required-      Responding to any guest problems as required and ensuring a rapid resolution-      Assisting where and when necessary with any cleaning, laundry, drying or arranging of towels and linens-      Assisting with unit preparation as / when required-      Screening through the Checkout Forms to note and action any repairs required-      Handling accommodation & upselling service bookings for properties in India, Dubai, Jamaica and new territories when added-      Responding to guest inquiries daily on CM.com – Mobile Service Cloud-      Having full grasp of Hostaway reservation software-      Full command of Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia-      Liaising with guests pre & post check-in to ensure a smooth experience, sending maps, landmarks, check-in information that’s not automated-      Handling any guest registration requirements with the building or government entities to ensure full compliance-      Ensure all towel / linen change and complimentary cleaning is done-      Ensure all guests checking in that week have completed their Check-in Form, post form completion status in Bookings group-      Follow up with all Credit Card bookings to have the guests sign the CCA Form and send all the required documents, file them in Google Drive-      Contacting staff in respective countries in WhatsApp groups to post bookings and inform of guest special requests or irregular requirements -      Respond to reviews on Airbnb with standardized templates-      Ensuring all Dubai properties have cleaning material required for turnovers-      Doing monthly inventory audits for each Dubai property and updating the inventory management sheets-      Sending upcoming bookings report for the upcoming month-      Preparing monthly Tourism Dirham Fee report for payment-      Sending Check in and Check out Schedule for Jamaica team-      Sending daily of booking information to Security Whatsapp groups in Jamaica-    Doing basic repairs for properties in Dubai Tasks – PROPERTY FINDER-     Source and onboard a wide range of properties suitable for short-term rental, including studios, 1- 5 BR apartments and villas-      Conduct property assessments to ensure each unit meets short-term rental standards in terms of safety, furnishings, layout, and location-      Negotiate exclusive or semi-exclusive agreements with landlords for high-performing listings-      Coordinate with furnishing and interior design partners to upgrade or stage properties when needed-      Advise property owners on how to maximize occupancy and nightly rates through amenities, decor, and pricing strategy-      Ensure each property is compliant with DTCM regulations, including registration, signage, and required permits-      Collaborate with the team to create compelling listings, including high-quality photos, descriptions, and unique selling points for each unit type-      Assist in setting dynamic pricing strategies based on seasonality, competition, and location-      Work closely with guest relations and operations teams to address property-specific needs, such as cleaning schedules, maintenance, and guest check-ins-      Monitor reviews and guest feedback across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) to improve performance and resolve any recurring issues-      Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, identifying new high-demand areas or emerging guest preferences (e.g., remote work-friendly homes, pet-friendly options, etc.)Tasks – SERVICES-     Updating the Service Sheets on a daily basis to capture Transport, Chef , Prestocking and Massages bookings-      Send out the Daily Service Bookings for Jamaica to the Bookings Group-      Send out the Daily Transport Bookings to the Transport Group Tasks – MARKETING-     Designing and posting marketing material on walls and stories of Social Media platforms Instagram and Facebook to drive interest and bookings-      Recording Guest e-emails & information in Mailchimp & Guesty-      Sending Mailchimp mailers to designated lists-      Updating products and adding photos to REVEL, SOBE & ORDA Tasks – TRAVEL & TOURISM-     Handling local visa, hotel, tour and transport sales – liaising with suppliers to make prepayments where required-      Handling communication between client and supplier until service is completed-      Following up to ensure tour was a success and any negative feedback Preferred Profile & Skillset-     Has UAE driving license-      Bachelor’s degree-      Strong written and spoken English-      Minimum 2-years work experience in hospitality industry-      Experience in property sourcing, leasing, or real estate, admin and HR - preferably in the short-term rental or hospitality sector-      Strong network of landlords, developers, or property investors in Dubai-      Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills-      Ability to work independently-      Has strong knowledge of property maintenance-      Knowledge of booking platforms-      Worked with Google Sheets before – Excel-      Willing to do overtime-      Pleasant personality-      Handles pressure well-      Flexible with day off-      Punctual and well organized
