Ollie's Property Management Administrators are responsible for ensuring that identified maintenance issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner for all Ollie's store locations. Ollie's has recently been named a Top 10 Fastest Growth US retailers, with continued expansion and growth opportunities.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork with field leaders and stores to identify and resolve maintenance issues, primarily through use of an online portal. Act as the point of contact for stores and field leaders for any maintenance needed.Approve or obtain proper approval for repairs and maintenance quotes/invoices.Respond to all store requests within an appropriate time frame.Contact vendors in various trade areas as needed.Schedule vendors as necessary to complete repairs and maintenance.Prioritize maintenance requests to ensure critical issues are resolved immediately.Follow up on maintenance issues as required.Communicate issues and solutions to field leaders, store associates, and supervisor.Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year of property management experience is a plus.Experience with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.Ability to efficiently prioritize stores’ facility needs and execute solutions to identified concerns.Ability to learn and communicate new information and processes to all associates within the company.Outstanding interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.Ollie’s is an equal opportunity employer.
