Job Title: Property Manager – Commercial Office BuildingLocation: Palm Beach CountyAbout the Role:This role combines property management with personal assistant responsibilities. You’lloversee the daily needs of the property while helping the owners stay organized and ontop of ongoing projects, schedules, and communications. The ideal candidate isproactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with ownership in a small,team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Property Management: Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination. Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants; respond to requests andresolve issues promptly. Handle lease administration, rent collections, and renewals. Prepare budgets, track expenses, and assist with financial reporting. Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs or capitalimprovements. Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality work.Personal Assistant / Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and property visits. Organize documents, invoices, and property-related files. Help coordinate personal and professional tasks as needed. Manage payments for owners’ assets.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of experience managing commercial office properties. Strong financial and analytical skills with experience preparing and managingbudgets. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-pacedenvironment.Compensation:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Powered by JazzHRsoeq96iom5
