Short-Term Rental Property Manager (Remote)We are looking for an experienced Short-Term Rental Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a growing STR portfolio. This role requires strong operational skills, excellent guest communication, and the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently while maintaining high guest satisfaction and revenue performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of short-term rental propertiesHandle guest communication before, during, and after staysCoordinate cleaners, maintenance vendors, and inspectionsManage listings, pricing, and calendars across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)Ensure properties meet quality, safety, and brand standardsMonitor reviews and implement strategies to maintain 5-star ratingsTrack expenses, invoices, and basic reportingRequirements2+ years of experience in short-term rental or property managementStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with PMS tools (Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, etc.)Ability to manage vendors and handle guest issues independentlyOrganised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvyNice to HaveRevenue management or dynamic pricing experienceExperience managing luxury or multi-property portfoliosKnowledge of US local STR regulations
