JOB TITLE: Property ManagerID: PM1025DPSALARY: CI$70,000 - CI$100,000 paBENEFITS: COMPETITIVE PACKAGE OFFEREDWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of assigned residential and/or land properties. The successful candidate will ensure that all properties are managed to the highest standards while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.DO YOU HAVE:A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)At least 5 years of experience managing retail and/or residential propertiesStrong understanding of leases, budgeting, and financial statementsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage vendors and monitor performanceProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong customer service and public relations abilitiesA self-starter attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyGeneral understanding of construction and property maintenanceThe ability to work independently and within a team environmentWE WANT YOU TO:Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and administration of assigned propertiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and local authoritiesEnsure compliance with lease agreements and property regulationsCoordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and property inspectionsMaintain properties in “lease-ready” condition and manage capital projectsPrepare budgets, financial, and operational reports for Asset ManagementMonitor vendor contracts, insurance certificates, and service qualityRespond promptly to tenant issues, complaints, and emergenciesCollaborate with Finance, Leasing, and Risk Management teamsProvide exceptional customer service and uphold company standardsDEADLINE: Midnight, Friday 31 October 2025
